Tameka Raymond, Usher's ex-wife, has been placed in a terrible situation. Her son Kile Glover got hit in the head by a jet ski while tubing in Lake Lanier and was pronounced brain dead just days later. Tameka has to take Kile off life support because his insurance coverage will expire next month, and Usher has not offered to pay for the medical bills. Usher's reps say the singer helped raise Kile, but Tameka does not want to lean on him for financial support.
Kile's family released a statement to CNN about the incident, "We know God’s in control, and are leaning on our faith in him and his word at this most difficult time. We firmly believe in the power of prayer and ask that you all continue to pray and lift Kile up, as it’s the best way we can all support him now."
We're praying for Kile and his family.
