DEMI LOVATO SPENDS CHRISTMAS IN CHICAGO WITH FAMILY
Demi Lovato rocked dark lips and an animal print jacket on Christmas Day with her family in Chicago.
The 18-year-old spent most of the day with her family and returned to her treatment center later that night.
Demi's family went to the Holly Blvd Cinema, which is about 45 minutes outside of Chicago in Woodridge, IL.
"TEEN MOM" STAR AMBER PORTWOOD- 3 YEARS BEHIND BARS?
Teen Mom star Amber Portwood may not have much more time with her adorable daughter, Leah.
TMZ reports,
TMZ has obtained the mug shot of "Teen Mom" Amber Portwood -- taken moments after she was arrested in Indiana for allegedly beating the crap out of her baby daddy ... in front of their daughter.
According to Amber's booking sheet -- the 20-year-old measured in at 5'3", 138 lbs.
Amber was charged with two felony counts of domestic battery, one felony count of neglect of a dependent, and one misdemeanor count of domestic battery.
As we previously reported, Amber allegedly attacked Gary Shirley three separate times between August 2009 and July 2010. Some of the violence was captured on video.
We're told Amber faces three years behind bars and up to $10,000 in fines if convicted on all charges.
ALEX WELCH AND DEMI LOVATO REACH SETTLEMENT
Alex Welch hasn't been hiding her hatred towards her ex-friend, Demi Lovato. After Demi decked her in the face, Alex said she wants an apology and some type of settlement in order to put this behind her. Looks like Alex can finally be happy.
TMZ reports,
"Under the settlement, Alex Welch will get money, though the amount is confidential.
Welch's attorney, Donald Karpel, tells TMZ, "The parties are satisfied and the dispute has been resolved amicably and completely."
As we previously reported, Lovato decked Welch with such force that the backup dancer had visible bruising on her left eye and cheek.
Lovato went to a treatment center shortly after the incident and claimed she felt "awful" about her behavior."

My sister Fivel and I are voicing two of the characters in the feature "Guardians of Luna." We have some concerts scheduled for Malaysia in June and I will continue to do Twilight Conventions around the world!

Billy Ray is moving back to Nashville in light of his divorce.
"Billy Ray always talked about moving back to Tennessee," says an insider. "That's where he went after he announced his divorce and he hasn't been back since. He plans on making the move permanent."
MILEY CELEBRATES 18TH WITH A BONG
TMZ reports,
Miley Cyrus celebrated her 18th birthday by experimenting with a bong and catching a case of the giggles but sources say she was not smoking marijuana.
The video was shot during a party at Miley's L.A. area home 5 days after her 18th birthday.
According to a source connected with Miley ... the smoke filling the bong is a natural herb called salvia which has psychedelic qualities. Possession of salvia is legal in California.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were seen leaving IHOP ARM-IN-ARM before performing at Q102 Jingle Ball on December 8th.
According to staff at IHOP, Bieber, 16, and Gomez, 18, held hands inside the restaurant and looked "cuddly" while sitting on the same side of a booth.

BRANDON SMITH RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL
Disney Channel star Brandon Smith was taken to the hospital after a scary experience on the "Skating with the Stars" set on December 6th.
Sources tell TMZ,
A 911 call was made from the CBS lot in L.A. -- where the "Skating" set is located.
We're told Smith -- who stars in "Sonny with a Chance" with Demi Lovato -- was throwing up and having difficulty breathing ... and had to be taken by ambulance to a local hospital.
Sources connected with the show tell TMZ Brandon was sick when he arrived on set yesterday.

DEMI LOVATO PUNCHES ALEX WELCH IN FACE- PHOTO
Looks like Demi Lovato will get involved in some legal trouble after punching her dancer.
TMZ reports,
This photo taken days after Demi socked Alex Welch in the face -- leaving visible bruises on her left eye and cheek.
Sources close to Welch tell us ... the dancer was simply minding her own business on a private jet leaving Bogota, Colombia ... when Demi "walked up to Alex and with a closed fist, struck her on the left side of her face."
We're told Alex was knocked clean out of her seat -- and had to receive emergency medical attention.
Lovato was immediately removed from the plane and eventually returned home -- and then checked herself into a treatment center shortly after.
Alex -- who completed the remained dates on the Jonas Brothers tour -- has now lawyered up with high powered Beverly Hills attorney Donald Karpel and we're told she's "considering her legal options."
