Selena Gomez, who was named the best dressed star of 2009 by Teen Vogue, revealed that her crush painted her a picture that she loved.

“Last year, someone painted me a picture,” she confesses to TWIST. “It was
amazing. It was actually a picture of us! It was very sweet and he spent five
