From Stacy: "They were dressed sort of undercover, Nick was wearing a plain black deep v- neck tee with a casual baggy pants and wearing a New York Yankees hat. Selena was wearing a black cardigan over a plain white tee with skinny jeans and she had her hair up and had a over sized sunglasses. I saw them come out from watching Bolt or Yes Man and Selena had a 3D glasses on. Then this guy with them, I think her cousin, was talking about something and Nick and Selena kept giggling as they left with their arms linked."

JONAS BROTHERS WILL CAUSE A "MOB"
The world famous Jonas Brothers are set to preform on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest" on December 31st. But the performance is getting the attention of The New York Police Department. The city is fearing there will be so many Jonas fans at the show, it'll cause a mob!A source says, "So they're now planning on using extra [security] men for support, it's going to be crazy because everyone will be in Times Square to watch them perform on the show."

JONAS BROTHERS SING "DUMB"
The Jonas Brothers recorded a new song called "Dumb" with Timbaland for his upcoming album.
A source says:
"This song should be pretty big, because the most of the songs that Timbaland makes with other recording artists, tend to become very popular. He has worked with many amazing recording artists, and I'm sure the Jonas Brothers were very honored to have this opportunity. And who knows, these boys may get some of Timbaland's fans after this song premieres."
The album should be out in February 2009.

SELENA IS A CHARITY GIVER
Selena Gomez was spotted at the Pepsi Holiday House on Dec. 20th in L.A. She was making a donation to the Clothes Off Our Back charity.
Selena was asked what her plans were for the holidays, she replied,
"This will be the first year that I'll be able to go home since I moved away from Texas, so I'll be spending the holidays with my family on my dad's side and my mom's side and coming back to Texas for a good two weeks and doing nothing, which is very refreshing.

16-year-old Miley Cyrus will star in an upcoming MTV special, FNMTV Presents: A Miley-Sized Surprise. Miley will surprise one fan by going to their home, and hosting a New Year's countdown from their house. Watch it on MTV December 31st at 8 PM.
In other Miley news...
According to Star Magazine, Miley told producers any new songs she records, should feature her boyfriend, Justin Gaston. Justin is a 20-year-old aspiring country singer, and Miley has country music in her blood. Maybe we'll be seeing some country songs on her next CD.

PARIS HILTON'S HOUSE GETS ROBBED
A man wearing a hooded sweatshirt broke into Paris Hilton's home in Sherman Oaks, Calif., at around 5 a.m. on December 19th. An LAPD spokeswoman Julie Sohn told PEOPLE, "According to detectives, a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt and gloves forced entry through the front door, ransacked her bedroom, took unknown property and fled." An estimated $2 million in jewelry was stolen.
During the time of the break-in, Paris was spotted dancing at Bar Deluxe in Hollywood along with Katy Perry and gossip blogger Perez Hilton.

There have been some rumors Demi Lovato cuts herself, after some photos showed Demi with red lines across her wrists at Miley's Sweet 16. A rep. says Demi was wearing tight bracelets before the party, and the "gummy" bracelets left indentations on her wrist.
Well the news made the cover of Star Magazine. The mag says Demi DOES cut herself!

NICK JONAS.. NEWS MAN OF THE YEAR!?
MTV has nominated Nick Jonas for "News Man Of The Year 2008." The media has been attached to Nick Jonas for the past year. They followed his horrible break up with Miley Cyrus, to his new "relationship" with Selena Gomez. A few things Nick, along with the Jonas Brothers have accomplished includes a Grammy nomination, multiple headlining tours, two upcoming movies, a new TV show, a hit movie, and they even wrote a book!
These boys are amazing, and they still have time to be normal teens!
Nick is also a huge inspiration to many. He was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2005, and he never let it bring him down!
Congrats Nick!

"Hannah Montana" star, Cody Linley recently told Seventeen Magazine about his horrible date with "Camp Rock" star, Demi Lovato.
"It was really the most up and down night of my life," Cody says. "When I finally got Demi, we went out to eat and I was explaining to her, 'Yeah, my car, I'm sorry, it broke down,' and as I'm saying that, it starts making a crazy noise again! And I was like, 'Oh, oh, oh no,' and she's like, 'What's happening?' I was like, 'Nothing, it's all good.' She's like, 'Are you sure?' So I had to stop the car and get out. Demi was really sweet. She held the light for me and put in her car repair advice."

Miley Cyrus, who recently got her learners permit, drove herself to get a fresh tan for the holidays on December 10th. The pop-star's lovely Grandma Ruthann was sitting in the back. Miley drove herself to the Sunlounge Tanning Salon in Toluca Lake, California, and was chatting with the paparazzi as usual. Miley just received a Golden Globe nomination for "Best Original Song" for "I Thought I Lost You," the theme song for her new movie "Bolt."

JONAS BROTHERS- "WE GOT HIT BY AN 18 WHEELER TRUCK."
OceanUp reports that in a recent issue of TigerBeat, the Jonas Brothers tell all about a car accident they were in last year while driving to New Jersey. "Joe put his glasses on to see this truck coming toward us from behind. We all woke up at that exact moment. We got hit by an 18 wheeler truck."
"The driver fell asleep at the wheel. Right before the impact, Joe grabbed Nick and took him under his arm, and glass shattered and went all over the car. A little bit got on me and Frankie but because Joe grabbed Nick, nothing fell on him. It all went in slow motion. It was really crazy."
"The glass was shattered, we were completely exposed and the guy who hit us walks up out of the truck and goes "Everybody all right?" We were like "Are you kidding me? You just hit us with a Mack truck!"
"Luckily the truck hit the back of the car and if we didn't have so much luggage it would have crushed right through the car. We went to Wal-Mart and cleaned out all the glass. We got this plastic and duck taped it around the broken windows. We drove all the way back to New Jersey. It was crazy, but we were all okay."

Kevin says his plan is to get married early, and some people are saying he was buying an engagement ring for Danielle.

BRITNEY'S 27TH! AND JAMIE LYNN HAD LIPOSUCTION WHILE PREGNANT?!

Britney seems to be doing well, unlike her little sister Jamie Lynn.
The photo on the right shows mommy Jamie Lynn, baby Maddie, and daddy Casey. Through Star magazine, we heard Jamie Lynn Spears had liposuction while pregnant with her daughter, Maddie. During the end of her Zoey 101 career, Jamie realized she was putting on some pounds. She asked her mom if she could have liposuction. She went through the procedure not knowing she was going to be having a child.
Dr. Gary Burton told Star magazine:
"Any form of liposuction is dangerous and should not be performed on a pregnant woman. It poses serious health risks to the fetus."
This procedure could have caused harm to her daughter Maddie.

The former bodyguard of Hannah Montana star, Miley Cyrus, says Miley is a wild child! The bodyguard spilled:
"Miley is a little [heck]-raiser behind closed doors. Limo rides are a total party, blasting music and snapping risque pictures, a lot of them she would not want anyone to see, or she would be in big trouble! It is all a big thrill for her, and she is only getting wilder, so I am sure another scandal is right around the corner for that girl."
He also talked about her mommy, Tish Cyrus:
"I hate working for Tish Cyrus because she is so rude and bossy. She acts like you are a servant more than a professional there to protect them."

16 year old pop star, Miley Cyrus, is supposedly talking with her attorney to file Petition of Emancipation. An insider claims Miley is fighting with her parents about her relationship with 20 year old underwear model, Justin Gaston.The insider said her father Billy Ray does not like her dating Justin:
"He thinks Justin is a bit of a mooch and does not want him taking advantage of Miley. She was left in tears after he ordered her to stop seeing Justin recently. Miley is totally crazy about him and is not letting him go anywhere. Miley told her dad to back off. She is sick of him trying to hold her down, and feels she is old enough to make her own decisions.
''Although she is only 16, she has been forced to mature much more quickly than most girls her age. She is dating a 20-year-old and is already a superstar, so she thinks it is [about] time she started living like an adult. And although she loves her parents, she no longer wants to be treated like a child."
